TNG summer retreat 2026 across eight locations
July 13th, 2026Our annual summer retreat brings our team together to discuss TNG's strategic development and improve processes, both internally and for our client work.
For this year's edition, over 900 colleagues gathered in Munich, Karlsruhe, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Budapest, Oxford, and Melbourne. More than 75 discussion sessions and workshops took place in an Open Space format. Topics ranged from agentic AI, security and agent sandboxing to code reviews in the AI era. The program also covered software maintainability, building secure products for clients, and running local AI models.
