Host: BASED Meetup Munich
July 23rd, 2026The sixth „Bavaria, Advancements in SEarch Development" (BASED) Meetup takes place on July 23rd at the TNG office in Arabellastraße in Munich.
This edition foregoes traditional talks in favor of an Open Space format inspired by BarCamps. The focus lies on open exchange and parallel group discussions covering current topics in search technology, such as Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), innovative retrieval approaches, metrics for search quality, and optimizations for production systems. Developers and experts are invited to contribute their own questions, practical experiences, or technical challenges as discussion topics.
As hosts, we support the event with insights from our colleagues and by providing networking drinks and pizza.
